Purchase a DID on Flowroute Platform

Before placing or receiving calls, you must have at least one active DID (or multiple DIDs) on your Flowroute account.

Note If you already have one or more active phone numbers on your Flowroute account, you can skip this section and proceed directly to trunk configuration.

Create and Prepare Your Flowroute Account

Step 1: Create Your Flowroute Account

1. Sign up on the Flowroute website.

2. After logging in to your account, begin preparing your SIP trunk configuration.

Step 2: Purchase DID Numbers

1. From the top menu, navigate to: DIDs > Purchase

2. Browse the available numbers and select the DID(s) you want to purchase.

3. Complete the purchase process.

Expected Result

• The purchased DID numbers are added to your Flowroute account and are ready for use.
